Vivify

With Vivify, you can chat with Merchants individually.

To send a message to an existing chat:

1. Tap  .
2. Tap  in the top right.
3. Select the merchant you'd like to send a message to, then type your message.
4. Click the arrow in the red box on the right to send the message.

To start a new chat with a Merchant, visit the Merchant page on the app and tap Chat.
