You are not able to cancel a redemption by yourself on the Vivify App.

Only for redemptions with Merchants, you may kindly request the Merchant to cancel the redemption within 24 hours after the transaction is made.

Important Note: Merchant will not be able to cancel the transaction after 24 hours.
