The problem could be due to your Token Balance.
If the required number of Tokens needed to redeem the selected Voucher is more than your current Token Balance, you will not be able to proceed with checkout. You can either reduce the number of vouchers you want to redeem or buy another Pass to increase your Tokens Balance.
