If you think your account has been hacked or taken over, there are actions you can take to secure your account.


a)         Check your email inbox for a message from Vivify.

If you received an email from Vivify letting you know that your account information has been changed without your knowledge, you should first make sure that the email was sent from Vivify’s official email which is either support@vivify.com.my or greetings@vivify.com.my. If it was sent by Vivify, please report the problem to Vivify via email at support@vivify.com.my or fill in the form on https://vivify.com.my/contact/ or submit a ticket on  http://faq.vivify.com.my/support/tickets/new .

b)         Get a reset password link sent to your email address.


To help us confirm that you own the account, you can request for a reset password link to be sent to your email address.

To reset your password, follow the steps below:

1.         On the login screen, tap Forgot password?

2.         Next, enter your email address.

3.         Click Submit.


If you think your account has been hacked and you're still able to log in, here are some things you can do to help keep your account secure:

•           Change your password or send yourself a password reset email.

•           Revoke access to any suspicious third-party apps.
