The referral will be unsuccessful if:


  • A pass registration and/or purchase process was not completed by the Referee.
  • A Referral Code was not used during pass purchasing process.
  • A Referral Code was shared by an invalid account owner.
  • A Pass was not purchased directly via the Vivify App > buy/renew Pass (For example, a Gift Pass’ Activation Code was used).
  • A Merchant has not come to an agreement and/or has not completed his/her application with Vivify.
  • A Referral Code was not used during the Merchant application process.
  • The Referee has an existing account with Vivify.
