Yes, you can convert cash vouchers into cash but all applications to convert cash vouchers to cash shall be subjected:

to the approval of Vivify.
to a deduction of 10% of the total cash voucher face value as the service charge upon successful conversion.
to having a total cash voucher worth accumulation of RM60.
Conversions can only be requested via Vivify App at Me > Vouchers > Cash Vouchers > Convert. (No other method will be entertained)
