All of your unused Tokens will be unusable once the Pass has expired. Vivify will provide a Freeze Period (30 days upon Pass expiry) for all unused Tokens and Vouchers. If a Pass is renewed or upgraded before the end of the Freeze Period, all unused Tokens and Vouchers will be reactivated and added to back to your account. 

If there is no renewal, upgrade or Pass activation during the Freeze Period, you shall have no claims and no entitlement to any refunds, vouchers or any other form of compensation whatsoever.
