How Do I Report A Chat Or Block Someone From Sending Me Messages With Vivify Chat? Print

You can report abusive messages or block someone on Vivify Chat by:

1. Opening the chat conversation in the Vivify app.

2. Tapping on at the top right of the particular chat screen to report abuse or block a person.

3. Tapping on Report Abuse or Block

Note:

i) When you report an abuse, Vivify will make contact with you upon receiving the complaint.

ii) Blocked contacts will not be able to send messages to you until you unblock them.
